We utilise a traditional chargrill but also cook our steaks in our Spanish Josper oven using lump charcoal which imparts a unique flavor and profile on all our meats.

Our steaks are sourced from some of Australia's most renowned pastures. Our products are prepared next door at Hansa Butchery & Smallgoods. Our range of traditional smallgoods are all made to authentic European recipes.

Due to an increasing number of 'No Shows'

Bookings of more than 4 people will require a credit card to secure booking.

A cancellation fee of $20+gst will be charged when bookings are cancelled with less than 24hrs notice.

A fee of $50+gst will be charged for a 'No Show'

Bookings will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from booking time. After 15 minutes the booking will be deemed a 'no show'
and table will be given to next available customers​
